Returns - We Offer a 30 Day Return Policy!
We are confident you'll be a 100% happy with your purchase, but for your reassurance we offer a 30 day return policy. Please see further returns information below.
Changed Your Mind?
No Problem, if you no longer want your purchase or wish to exchange it you have 30 days from receipt to return it to us. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition (please see packing notes further down). Simply complete our returns form and enclose with your parcel.
Exceptions:
Damaged Goods
We store and pack all of our items with extreme care and our packaging is routinely tested to make sure it is up to the job! Our couriers have a very good reputation and all parcels are handled with care. However, despite our best efforts accidents do sometimes happen! In these circumstances we ask that you contact us immediately, and no later than 7 days from receipt. All noticeable damage should be noted on the couriers paperwork. We will arrange a free collection of the goods and suitable replacement for all damaged parcels. Please enclose a completed returns form with your goods so we can process efficiently.
Faulty Goods
All goods carry a standard warranty of 12 months, 24 months for Cobra Equipment bags. If during this time your product develops a fault, please contact us. For goods that are deemed faulty within the first six months, we will arrange a collection and re-delivery at our cost. After six months you may be required to send the parcel back to ourselves.
All goods must be suitably packed (see notes below) and must contain a copy of our returns form.
Warranty does not cover any fault that could be deemed as general wear and tear, or any fault that could be a result of misuse. (Please see our terms and conditions for full details). Certain products such as strings, lamps and consumables are exempt from warranty, please contact us if you unsure.
Packaging of Goods for Return
Please keep hold of any original packaging until you are completely sure you want to keep your goods. In the event you need to send something back to us, please re-use this packaging wherever possible. If this packaging is no longer available, we ask that you use a suitable, strong cardboard box which must contain adequate packaging to protect the product. Please do not use sticky tape or write on the products immediate packaging. All goods returned as unwanted must be fit for re-sale. Failure to package goods properly may leave you liable to a handling charge and reduced refund.
